Standardising custom code for multi-tenancy

Started at The University of Melbourne to upgrade their custom code into a standardise T1 approach to move Uni of Melb into Multi-tenancy. Development includes converting SQL scripts into data models, and then into dashboards, while using the standard T1 tables instead of custom UoM Tables.
